The form of my Library design is informed entirely by the requirements of the spaces within. The local area office and the shared accommodation are the street level and the upper level of the project, and the Library is at the lower level nearer to the Liffey. The scheme is all about the nature of the different rooms and their relationship with each other and the outside.
