The key concept of this design is a main tower house library building with another subsidiary building wrapped around it. Both buildings are carefully positioned in such a way as to have a significant relationship with each other, the bridge and the river. The design revolves around how the buildings relate to each other on the site and how their orientation impacts on the space within.
