My design encapsulates the journey from the urban landscape of Chapelizod leading up to the reading room with the backdrop of the Phoenix Park. The brick colonnade guides the user up towards the library with a separate entrance. The perspective style view towards the Phoenix Park boundary wall is accentuated by the brick surface.
